Online Finance Reports For State House Candidates

There are three contested state-house primaries in the Lehigh Valley involving eight different candidates. Only one of these candidates has failed to e-file his finances. Ironically, he's the one who claims he's "accountable."

138th (Craig Dally resigned)

Marcia Hahn - report here.

Nick Sabatine - report here.

133rd (Rich Grucela is retiring)

Don Albanese - report here.

Charles Dertinger - report here.

Joe Emrick - report here.

Frank Sacagliotta - multiple reports here.

131st (Karen Beyer incumbent)

Karen Beyer - multiple reports here.

Justin Simmons - maybe Wednesday. On his blog, Justin pontificates that "the way we manage our funds in a campaign speaks volumes about how we manage the taxpayers’ money." I agree. Simmons is the least transparent of the eight candidates in three contested state house races.

In the world of reverse endorsements, I've become convinced that, per all the irritation he's caused this blogger, Simmons must be elected.

If elected, it seems likely he would provide unending grist for Bernie's mill.

What about Freeman, Shegda, and Markow in the 136th? I know first two unopposed, and third a write in, but would still be interesting to see who/how much has contributed thusfar.

Alan,

He's gotta be salivating over the prospect. Forget grist for the mill, having a friend of Elmer Gates to irrationally attack every day might just inspire Angle to pay to move Boonie out of his hovel. Where's the next stop for Nazareth's unbathed boozehound?

Lighthouse, Yeah, I just looked at the contested races.

Wow, anon 3:58 is real cool. he makes fun of recovering alcoholics. I bet he also thinks 25 year olds who can't find a job are lazy, that women with breast cancer should just suck it up and that the handicapped shouldn't have reserved parking.

Jerks like you make me want to send money to Beyer.

I'm Justin Simmons and Elmer Gates approved this message... or did he. I'm not going to tell you until after the election. Teehee.

None of three, have filed with the state website you have linked on earlier post. Freeman, Shegda, and Markow all have "0 results".

Lighthouse,

Markow is not even on the ballot and therefore is not subject to disclosure laws. Of the other two, they have no opponents on the ballot. Neither has presented themselves as super accountable like Simmons. Neither has taken pot shots at the other's finances, as Simmons did. Freeman does not even have a web page, except for the one supplied by the state.

Despite this, when the general race gets under way, you can be damn sure I will be looking to see that those reports appear on the web page in a timely manner.

Quiet. The Queen is unquestionable, and above review by commoners.
